Eurielle Kiki (she/her, "Air-e-elle Key-Key") is an Implementation Manager at The Clean
Slate Initiative. In this role, she supports states and partners in advancing automatic record
clearance, helping to remove barriers that people face because of a past record. She focuses on
implementation strategies, cross-sector collaboration, and building systems that align with CSI’s
mission and values of equity, fairness, and second chances.
Prior to joining CSI, Eurielle was a Research Associate at the Vera Institute of Justice, where she
led and supported a range of projects focused on expanding access to higher education in prison
and ensuring equity in postsecondary opportunities for incarcerated students. She designed and
facilitated technical assistance for state and institutional partners, co-led initiatives to integrate
student voice into program design, and developed equity-centered tools for data collection,
analysis, and decision-making. Eurielle also collaborated with federal agencies, including the
U.S. Department of Education, to support the Second Chance Pell initiative.
Earlier in her career, Eurielle taught at the University of Cincinnati, where she engaged students
in research and justice-centered courses, and worked as a Department of Child Services Case
Manager. Across these roles, she has built a passion for translating research into practice,
designing processes that are accessible and equitable, and fostering collaboration among diverse
stakeholders.
Eurielle holds a PhD from the University of Cincinnati, where her research centered on child
welfare, risk assessment, and equity. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new food
spots, and spending time with friends and family.
