Estefani Schubert

Estefani is a Digital Content Manager with The Clean Slate Initiative, where she manages CSI’s social media presence, email marketing, website content, and digital analytics. Her career sits at the intersection of social work and strategic communications, with a throughline of ensuring access to resources, safety, and dignity for the people most underserved by our systems.

Prior to joining CSI, Estefani led national marketing and communications efforts at ReloShare to expand access to confidential emergency housing for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other vulnerable populations. She was recognized with a 2026 Campaign Spark Award for her work. 

Before ReloShare, she spent years on the ground as a Bilingual Housing Case Manager with The Road Home and a Program Coordinator with AAU’s Human Trafficking Support Services, where she saw firsthand how arrest and conviction records create barriers to housing, employment, and safety. She carries this direct services experience into her MarComms practice, applying trauma-informed, community-centered storytelling to all that she does. 

Estefani holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Cal State Fullerton. Outside of work, she can be found using oil pastels, losing herself in magical realism, and frequenting the dog beach. She lives in Southern California with her partner and their dog, Sol.
