As the Grants and Contracts Manager, Anu oversees the end-to-end management of grants, contracts, and vendor agreements across Clean Slate Initiative, ensuring smooth and compliant grant and contract lifecycles. She collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to support operational excellence and strengthen the systems that help advance CSI’s mission to expand access to clean slate policies nationwide.
Anu holds 8+ years of experience in non-profit grant and finance administration in public health NGOs and higher education institutions. Her expertise includes grant compliance, financial operations, contract administration, and cross-functional project coordination. She is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations and maximizing impact.
Anu earned her MBA from Boston University and her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire. Based in Davidson, North Carolina, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and sweet mini schnauzer, Walter.
