Natasha Smith is the Vendor and Contracts Manager at The Clean Slate Initiative, where she oversees strategic vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract compliance to support the organization’s mission of expanding access to second chances through automatic record sealing. With over a decade of experience managing high-stakes contracts and federally funded programs, Natasha brings a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of accountability, and a deep commitment to equity and transparency in public-facing operations.

Her background spans consulting, compliance, and project management roles with national firms and public agencies, including leading implementation of large-scale disaster recovery and grant-funded initiatives across Texas, New York, North Carolina, and Colorado. Natasha has supported programs funded by ARPA, FEMA, and CDBG-DR, and has worked closely with city governments and community-based organizations to ensure both fiscal integrity and impactful service delivery.

Natasha earned her bachelor’s degree from Howard University and is known for her cross-functional leadership, procurement expertise, and collaborative approach to building efficient, mission-aligned systems. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures, music scenes, and cuisines across the globe.
